Q: I am an existing customer and I have not received my discount code?
If you have already purchased Astute Graphics plug-ins and have not received your discount code please visit www.astutegraphics.com/discountcodes
We will be providing an automated system for existing customers to request a discount code shortly. This will be announced on our website and social media — please stay tuned!
Q: I have mixed quantities of different plug-ins, how does this effect my discount?
Your discount will include the remainder of the plug-ins for the minimum quantity that you own of a specific plug-in.
For example, if you have 1 x VectorScribe & 2 x Phantasm you will receive the 8 remaining plug-ins in a quantity of 1, at 50% OFF.
Q: I have purchased plug-ins from two different email addresses, how will this affect my offer?
If you have purchases under more than one address please contact us requesting an email address change.
Q: I don’t want all the plug-ins, can I still get 50% discount?
Unless you have not already purchased products in the past you will only receive the 50% discount when purchasing all 10 plug-ins.
Q: I have older licences for VectorScribe and Phantasm, will these be upgraded at a discounted price?
If you purchased Phantasm CS v1 or Phantasm CS v2 (Designer, Studio or Publisher editions) or VectorScribe v1 (including Designer and Studio editions) your discount code will automatically include upgrades at 50% OFF for the latest Phantasm v3 & VectorScribe2.
