| Hello there,
I'm currently trying my hand at making your amazing looking chopper: (http://vector.tutsplus.com/tutorials/illustration/create-a-vector-chopper-with-illustrator-cs5-and-vectorscribe/)
But i'm a bit stuck. I can't quite see what you do at stage 32(Highlights), i just can't seem to get that highlight effect. I'm able to make the shapes, but getting them to merge together isn't looking so good. 
If sending my file would help solve this problem then i would be more than happy to. I really love choppers, and if could be able to make choppers like yours, then i would be the happiest man alive.

| Your mistakes:
1. Lower form must be transparent (opacity 0%)
2. Upper shape must not intersect the bottom one (or places outside it, as it is in your case).
