How do the Loyalty rewards Work?
With the updated Website (August 2015) comes a new customer loyalty system to replace the historical ‘Upgrade’ process.
We had feedback from customers that there was confusion between paid upgrades to a second and enhanced version of a product and product software updates, mainly occurring for compatibility purposes.
As a result we have introduced a customer loyalty system for upgraded versions of an existing plug-in. This enable existing customers to gain the new plug-in at a discounted rate if you’ve previously purchased the older version.
Version 2 or 3 of a plug-ins will always come with substantial additional features and functionality, it’s often an entirely new set of tools as well as improved existing tools! Our plug-in development is very important to us and we often take our enhancements from feedback by customers and Illustrator professionals.
Can I expect a loyalty coupon?
Customers who have previously purchased the following products without already upgrading typically
- Phantasm CS / Designer / Studio / Publisher (version 1 and 2)
- VectorScribe Designer / Studio (version 1)
- WidthScribe (version 1)
- ColliderScribe (version 1)
How do I apply a loyalty coupon?
- You must log-in to your account — as an existing customer you will have an account already, you need to click on ‘Lost my Password’ and follow the steps to gain access.
- Add the newest version of the plug-in to your basket e.g ColliderScribe2.
- If you are entitled to any discount, a coupon will be then show but only when the item is added to your basket.
- Click on the coupon code and receive a discounted price for your purchase.
