In the Summer of this year we introduced a new customer account system with our new website.
This account system has given customers the opportunity to access any customer loyalty coupons they are entitled to, these coupons are soon to expire!
Please log-in, check your account for any coupons that you’re eligible for, add the desired plug-in to your basket and click on the coupon to apply the discount to your basket total.
Loyalty coupons will expire 31.12.15 and plug-ins will then be full price.
Why should I upgrade?
- Upgrading to the latest version of your plug-ins will ensure compatibility with Adobe Illustrator, Mac and Windows.
- The latest version of plug-ins hold additional tools and functionality, making the plug-in bigger and better!

How do I access my account as an existing customer?
As an existing customer to access your account please visit astutegraphics.com/my-account/.
If this is your first use of our new website you will need to request a new password to access your account. You can do this by following astutegraphics.com/my-account/lost-password/
Enter the email address associated with your previous purchase(s). If you have used multiple email addresses you may need to contact us.
You will receive a password-reset email from us straight away (please check your spam folder). Follow the instructions within the email which will enable you to log-in to your account.
Terms and conditions
- Applicable customers can discover valid loyalty coupons when logged into their account.
- Discounts rates vary dependant on original purchase(s).
- Coupons are only valid to specific products.
- Each valid coupon can only be used once per eligible customer.
