Hi friends!
My name is Kellee Riley and I was born and raised in the Orlando, Florida area. I completed my college education at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota with a BFA in Illustration. After living a brief while in Northern California and then moving to Ohio to work for American Greetings, I returned to Florida to continue working as a freelance artist. I keep busy in my day to day life doing licensed character art for Nickelodeon, Hasbro, Mattel, Disney and other clients. In the past 6 years I have illustrated over 30 childrens books as well including Barbie, Holly Hobbie and Friends, Dora the Explorer, Ni Hao Kai Lan, Wonderpets, Pony Mysteries and others. Although I do everything in the computer now, from sketching to color, I am self taught in the programs, learning Photoshop and Illustrator through a lot of trial and error and repetition. I still learn new things every day! All the work shown here is all my personal work, which I am trying to do different things with, including licensing out to retailers, stories and possible entertainment.
