Today we will learn how to create dynamic Hipster logo using VectorScribe, InkScribe, Rasterino and Symbols. Using this knowledge, you can easily create a collection of logos using only one template. This is just another timesaver tutorial, so let’s get started!
Step 1
Draw the shape of a badge. For this purpose, we will use the Dynamic Shapes Tool (VectorScribe plug-in). Create a Dynamic Shapes filled with brown color and set parameters in the Dynamic Shapes panel (Window > VectorScribe > Dynamic Shapes panel), as shown in the following picture.
Selecting this tool is due to the fact that we are always able to easily change the shape of Hipster logo, simply by entering new parameters or selecting a different dynamic shape.
Step 2
Copy the resulting object and paste it in front (Cmd / Ctrl + C; Cmd / Ctrl + F). Turn off the new object’s fill and turn on the stroke of white color. Select Dynamic Circle and set new parameters shown in the picture below, in the Dynamic Shapes panel.
Now select Dashed Line option in the Stroke panel.
Step 3
Copy the latest Dynamic Shape, then paste it in front. Reduce the diameter of the circle in the Dynamic Shapes panel, then increase the stroke and untick Dashed Line option in the Stroke panel.
