James is a seriously talented character designer and animation director. He combines a quirky sense of humor with great observation, and a real grasp of how to use digital technology in creative ways. In this inspiration post you can see some of his vector artworks that were created in Adobe Illustrator.
James Gilleard about himself: "I am an Illustrator and Animator living and working in London. I love old cartoons - 1950s animation, vintage film posters, pulp comics, past future predictions, birds, dinosaurs, robots, 1960s cars and loads of other rubbish. Over the past six years I have created animated title sequences for various TV shows, music videos, concept designs for children's television, interactive comics, web based animations and games, story-boarding, illustration for adverts, magazines and books.”
